Terms of Use
Last updated September 1, 2026
Plain terms for a site that gives things away.
Use the prompts. Seriously.
The prompts, templates, definitions, and checklists published here exist to be copied and used. Use them at work, in client projects, in commercial products, in your own writing. No attribution required, no permission needed, no licence to read.
What we ask, and it is a request rather than a condition: do not scrape the whole library and republish it as your own resource site. Link to it instead.
What we keep
The site's writing, design, layout, illustrations, and the arrangement of the collections are ours. The Titan Audit rubric and its framing are ours. Reproducing substantial parts of the editorial content wholesale, or presenting this site's work as your own, is not covered by the paragraph above.
No warranty, and this one matters
Everything here is provided as is. The prompts are tested, and the date and models they were tested against are published so you can judge how stale they are. That is not a guarantee that they will work for you, on your stack, with today's model.
You are responsible for the code you ship. That is the entire argument of this site. Read what the model gives you, test it, and verify it before it touches production. Nothing published here removes that obligation, and following advice from this site is not a defence if something breaks.
Links to other sites
The toolbox links to a lot of places we do not control. We do not vet their security, their privacy practices, their pricing, or whether they still exist. A link is a pointer, not a warranty. Some links are affiliate links, disclosed in the privacy policy.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or anything you found through it — including lost data, lost revenue, or lost time. Some jurisdictions do not allow this kind of limitation, in which case it applies only as far as it legally can.
Availability
This is a small independent site. It may go down, move, change, or have entire sections rewritten without notice. Do not build anything that depends on it being up.
Changes
These terms may change. The date at the top will tell you when. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
